Two names to know

• Zaur Uguev. Olympic champ in Tokyo and two-time world champ at 57 kg. Moved up to 61 kg and won the 2025 world title in Zagreb, 11-2 over Iran's Ahmad Javan in the final.
• Zaurbek Sidakov. Olympic champ at 74 kg in Tokyo. Took bronze at 74 kg at the 2025 Worlds.
